We offer a variety of brushes for different coat types, including slicker brushes for removing mats and tangles, deshedding tools for reducing loose fur, and pin brushes for daily grooming. Each brush is designed with gentle bristles and ergonomic handles to make grooming comfortable for both you and your pet.
2. Do you ship to my location? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're in the US, we'll deliver our brushes right to your doorstep.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping at $15, which takes 7-14 business days to arrive. Please note that orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch, so total delivery time may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number.
4. What is your return policy? If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your brush within 7 days of receipt, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective.
5. How do I track my order? As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx() and see its estimated arrival date. If you have any issues, our support team is here to help.
6. How do I clean my LUVUN brush? Most of our brushes feature self-cleaning mechanisms, so you can simply press a button to release collected fur. For deeper cleaning, remove loose hair, then wash the brush with mild soap and warm water. Let it air dry completely before next use to maintain hygiene and performance.
7. Are your brushes suitable for pets with sensitive skin? Yes, many of our brushes are designed with rounded, flexible bristles that gently massage the skin without scratching or irritating. However, we always recommend testing a small area first and observing your pet's reaction. If your pet has a skin condition, consult your vet before grooming.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed yet. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email. Once your order is in processing, we may not be able to make changes, but we'll do our best to assist you.
